Class in Focus - Prep Doyle

In Prep Doyle, one of our favourite learning areas is our Letters and Sounds! So far this term we have covered the phonemes for the letters h, b and f. We have then practised blending these with other sounds that we have learnt previously to read short words. Practising our handwriting skills also helps to consolidate our understanding of the letters. We have been working through a variety of short activities and games to help revise our learning alongside our peers. We are on our way to becoming thoughtful and independent readers and writers!
