SRC Report

As SRC we met for our first meeting in the Library.  We also went in there with the School Captains and Ms Dobson.  When we were there Ms Dobson asked us to do two jobs.  The first job was voting for the two top Wacky Wednesday ideas in our classes.  The second job was to ask about what we want better, or to start at our school.  We went back to class and had until the next meeting.  All the classes voted at different times.  A few weeks later we had another meeting.  At the next meeting we took it in turns to share our ideas and then vote on the Wacky Wednesday theme.  The theme for Term 2 is 'PJs and Oodies'.  Then we shared a lot of ideas that we want better about the school.  Some stuff was a bit silly and not doable, but some ideas are things that we might be able to do.  We will look at those ideas in Term 2.  Ms Dobson asked if any of the SRC would like to write something for the newsletter by Tuesday.  She said that two of us can.  The people who wanted to do it put their hand up.  There were two sets of people.  Ms Dobson asked us to 'Rock Paper Scissors' and the two people were Autumn and Mia-Rose.  We went out to have play time and the School Captains stayed.  This is what we did as SRC members.  We have liked having jobs as SRC.  We liked talking to our classes to get ideas and share them.
